Welcome to Alturia Rose. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, online store, products, services, and any purchase made through Alturia Rose (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1.     ABOUT ALTURIA ROSE

Alturia Rose offers premium preserved Ecuadorian rose stem sets, prepared at origin in Ecuador and shipped directly to customers. Our products are made to order according to the selected stem count, rose type, and color.

Alturia Rose products are natural preserved roses. They are not artificial flowers and do not require water.

2.     PRODUCT FORMAT

Alturia Rose products are sold as preserved rose stem sets. Product images may show styled compositions, floral displays, or lifestyle arrangements for visual inspiration.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, vases, decorative objects, ribbons, props, furniture, and styling accessories shown in images are not included.

Each product includes the number of preserved rose stems specified on the product page.

3.     PRODUCT INFORMATION AND NATURAL VARIATIONS

We make every reasonable effort to display accurate product descriptions, colors, sizes, and images. However, because our roses are natural products, variations may occur in tone, shape, petal texture, bloom openness, foliage, and stem appearance.

Color may also appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting, photography, and natural variation in preserved roses.

Minor variations are not considered defects.

Each Alturia Rose order is prepared after order confirmation. Because our products are made to order according to the customer’s selected stem count and color, orders begin processing shortly after payment is received.

Once preparation has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

5.     PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Product prices may include international shipping, duties, and taxes where expressly indicated on the product page or checkout. Prices may change at any time without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment must be completed before an order is prepared or shipped. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any order due to payment issues, suspected fraud, incorrect information, inventory limitations, or other operational concerns.

8.     SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are prepared at origin in Ecuador and shipped directly to the customer’s provided delivery address.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided in our Shipping Policy and may vary depending on order preparation, courier schedules, customs clearance, weather, holidays, remote delivery areas, or other circumstances beyond our control.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, returned shipments, additional courier charges, or losses caused by incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, or outdated delivery information.

9.     DUTIES, TAXES, AND IMPORT CHARGES

Where stated, international shipping, duties, and taxes are included in the product price.

However, customers may be responsible for any additional fees, charges, inspections, storage costs, address correction fees, remote area fees, or other costs caused by incorrect information, refusal of delivery, failed delivery attempts, special local requirements, or circumstances outside our control.

The outer packaging;
The inner packaging;

Because each Alturia Rose set is made to order, all sales are final.

If an order arrives damaged or with a verified delivery-related issue, we will review the case and determine the appropriate resolution at our discretion. A resolution may include replacement, partial replacement, store credit, partial refund, or another solution depending on the circumstances.

12.  PRODUCT CARE RESPONSIBILITY

Preserved roses are delicate natural products. Customers are responsible for following care instructions provided on our website or with the order.

Damage caused by water, direct sunlight, humidity, improper handling, crushing, bending, outdoor exposure, improper storage, or failure to follow care instructions is not covered by any refund or replacement policy.

1. PREPARED AT ORIGIN IN ECUADOR

Each Alturia Rose order is prepared at origin in Ecuador after your order is confirmed. Our preserved rose stem sets are made to order according to the selected product, stem count, and color.

Because our products are prepared after order confirmation, processing time is part of the overall delivery timeline.

2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Alturia Rose currently focuses on direct-to-door delivery to the United States and Canada.

Orders to other destinations may be available by request or at our discretion. If delivery to your location is not available, our team may contact you to review options or cancel and refund the order.

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery time is 5 days to 2 weeks after order confirmation.

This timeline includes order preparation, international handling, export processing, courier transit, customs clearance, and final delivery.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, courier operations, weather, holidays, remote areas, inspections, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. SHIPPING, DUTIES, AND TAXES INCLUDED

International shipping, duties, and taxes are included in the product price where stated on our website or at checkout.

This means there is generally nothing additional for you to arrange for standard delivery. After your order is confirmed, our team may contact you with the next steps and keep you informed throughout the process.

Alturia Rose is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned shipments, address correction fees, additional courier charges, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or inaccessible delivery information.

6. ORDER CONFIRMATION AND CONTACT

After your order is placed, our team may contact you to confirm order details, color selection, mixed composition requests, delivery information, or any other information needed to prepare and ship your order.

If we are unable to reach you for required confirmation, your order may be delayed.

7. COURIER AND DELIVERY HANDLING

Alturia Rose is not responsible for customs delays or government inspections outside our control.

9. FAILED DELIVERY, REFUSED DELIVERY, OR UNAVAILABLE RECIPIENT

If a delivery fails because the recipient is unavailable, the address is incorrect, delivery is refused, or the courier cannot access the delivery location, the customer may be responsible for any resulting costs, including storage, redelivery, return shipment, disposal, address correction, or replacement charges.

If a package is returned to sender or held by the courier due to customer-related issues, Alturia Rose cannot guarantee a refund or replacement.

10. DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To review the case, we may require clear photos of:

The outer shipping box; The inner packaging; The shipping label; The affected roses; Any visible damage.

Please keep all original packaging until the case is reviewed.

If the issue is verified, Alturia Rose will determine the appropriate resolution at its discretion. This may include replacement, partial replacement, store credit, partial refund, or another appropriate solution.

11. NATURAL VARIATIONS ARE NOT SHIPPING DAMAGE

Preserved roses are natural products. Variations in color tone, petal shape, bloom openness, stem texture, foliage, and overall appearance may occur and are not considered shipping damage.

Minor movement within packaging, slight variation from images, or natural preserved-rose characteristics are not considered defects.

12. LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

If tracking shows an unusual delay or possible loss, contact us so we can review the shipment with the courier.

Courier investigations may take time. Alturia Rose will not issue a replacement or refund for a delayed or potentially lost shipment until the courier review or reasonable investigation process has been completed.

13. ADDRESS CHANGES

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible.

Address changes are not guaranteed after an order has been confirmed or prepared. Once the order has shipped, address changes may be unavailable or may result in additional courier fees.

14. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Some locations may be restricted due to courier limitations, import rules, remote delivery zones, weather, political conditions, or other logistical concerns.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or delay orders that cannot be delivered safely, legally, or commercially reasonably.
