If your order arrives damaged or with a delivery-related issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and affected roses. Our team will review the case and determine the appropriate resolution. Natural variations in tone, shape, petal texture, and foliage may occur, as each rose is real and individually preserved.
